Best van I’ve ever rented. Handles so much better than a transit. Owner removed 4th row for us for extra luggage space. Plenty of power. Don’t forget to lock the door.

Extremely Unsafe and Poorly Maintained Sprinter Van
Our experience with this rental was terrible from start to finish. The side door kept flying open while driving, both on city streets and the highway, which was incredibly dangerous—especially in the freezing low-40-degree temperatures. On top of that, the headlight was out for the entire first day, and the windshield wipers were worn out and barely functional.
We also couldn’t use the TVs, which was disappointing since they were part of the reason we chose this rental. The van made loud noises whenever we turned, adding to the overall feeling that this vehicle was not properly maintained or safe to be on the road.
The only positive was that the van was spacious enough for 15 people and ultimately got us from point A to point B. But given all the safety issues, discomfort, and missing features, we absolutely would not rent this vehicle again or recommend it to anyone.
We are terribly sorry to hear this as it is the first time we got this type of review. If it was unsafe we were open to receiving the van back and offering another. These vans do get used alot and it wasn’t to my knowledge the door need regulating. We sincerely apologize. God Bless you.

The vehicle was clean, reliable, and perfect for our family adventure. It was a fun and memorable trip, thanks to the comfort and convenience of the van.
