The van was amazing! It helped transport me and my friends to our destination and back perfectly safe and sound. It was super easy and spacious and the host was very communicative and very understanding of time changes when necessary. I would love to rent this again!

The service was good but the communication not proper....
Hello. We informed you just like we informed all our other guests and sent u multiple messages threw turo saying BEST FORM of communication is threw the turo application. Everything is documented and recorded on the turo application. If u chose to communicate otherwise not much we can do about that. It is written on the disclosure, and when u picked up, we remined u AGAIN. Our communication is excellent threw the app we reply is less then 1 hour. Thanks
