I recieved the van dirty and had to clean the inside and get a car wash...Additionally I traveled to drive my daughter to college and the breaks were squeaky too...I did however reach out to the host and he was willing to allow me to return the vehicle without a same level refuel for the inconvenience. I put more gas than I needed to get back home to ensure no late night stops on a three hour road trip and ended up not using all of the gas, in fact I returned the car with about 100 more miles than when I received it. I asked for reimbursement and was told no. I'll never rent this vehicle again.

Great van. Had a smoke smell in the car. I had to use my own ozone de-odorizer to help get rid of the smell. Car was not totally clean. I found a clipped nail, drink spills in the cup holders, and spills on the carpet.
The handle of one door was broken off.
