If I could give this rental more than five stars, I would.
The Sprinter was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We needed a 15-passenger vehicle, and it somehow managed to check every box — incredibly spacious, comfortable, clean, well maintained, and surprisingly easy to drive for a vehicle that can haul that many people. Everyone had plenty of room, the ride was smooth, and the entire vehicle was in excellent condition. It genuinely made traveling with a large group easy and enjoyable rather than feeling like a logistical headache.
What really separated this rental, though, was the overall experience. Pickup could not have been easier. Everything was ready to go, communication was excellent, and we were on our way almost immediately. Drop-off was just as simple and convenient. There were no unnecessary complications, no confusion, and no wasted time — just an incredibly smooth process from beginning to end.
You can tell a lot of care goes into both the vehicle and the experience provided to the renter. This is exactly what you hope for when booking through Turo: a great vehicle, great communication, flexibility, and a completely stress-free experience.
I would rent this Sprinter again without a second thought and would recommend it to absolutely anyone needing a vehicle for a large group. Weddings, golf trips, family trips, group vacations, events — whatever you’re doing, this is the vehicle you want.

Rented this 12-passenger van for our trip and it worked out great. It had plenty of room for everyone, drove well, and we didn’t have a single issue the whole time. It made traveling with a big group so much easier.
The host was awesome too—easy to communicate with, friendly, and everything was exactly as expected. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
