I booked this rental specifically for a 3 a.m. pickup, which was clearly available when I reserved it. However, the host later refused to honor that time, disrupting my plans. When we met, I found the host’s tone condescending and unprofessional. Later, when I needed to return the car early, the host was inflexible, even when I suggested safe alternatives like dropping it at the airport. The situation escalated to the point of discussing police involvement, which was unnecessary. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, honesty, and flexibility. I would strongly caution others before renting from this host.
