Van will be parked next to the park at the end of the street of the address provided. To avoid driving off in the wrong car, please ensure you verify the name of your vehicle is on the rear license plate frame as there may be other similar looking vans in the area.

FAQs
I don't want all 15 seats in for my reservation. What do I do?
After booking simply send us a message letting us know how many seats you need. Please note, not every seat can be removed. For example, only the two center seats of the back row can be removed. This configuration still leaves AMPLE space for luggage, especially if you only need 11 (or less) seats and thus can also place luggage on the seats to either side of the gap.
Is Vanny suitable for winter conditions?
Absolutely! Blanche’s powerful heater keeps everyone warm, and her safety features ensure a smooth and safe ride, even in windy or snowy conditions. During the winter we also provide snow chains for added traction.
What is the fuel efficiency of Vanny?
While fuel efficiency depends on load and driving conditions, you can typically count on him getting between 12 and 18 mpg.
How will I get the key to Vanny?
3 days before your trip you'll receive a text with pick-up instructions. At the time of your pickup, if you have submitted your license through the Turo verification process that starts 24 hours before your trip, you'll use the code to access the vehicle and the key will be in the cupholder. Easy as pie!
Do I need to wash or clean the van prior to return?
No! We handle all washing and cleaning as part of your rental! In fact, we would REALLY prefer you didn't take the van to a car wash. We've had one to many really tall vans go through really short carwashes. At the end of your rental, all you need to do is make sure all your trash and belonging are out of the van, and that it's generally tidy and we will take it from there!
