This vehicle needs severe maintenance repairs. Check engine line, transmission light both came on. Van stalled a few times switching gears, choked trying to start it up, etc.
initially host responded to messages. Unfortunately I had to end my trip two days early and return the vehicle .
Messaged the host and they responded up the conclusion of the original trip. Afterwards, nothing. I requested he/she submit me for a refund of two days worth and Customer service said they did not. Terrible vehicle. Dishonest people, not a good rental. Stay away!
Your experience with the van was based on the fact that you drove it in the wrong gear. The gear shift moves easily and it’s easy to realize that you’re actually not in drive. [D]. Driving too fast while not actually in DRIVE will make the van shutter and cause the transmission light to come on. I’m sorry for your experience. But your false negative review was uncalled for. A simple look at my Past reviews will reveal other people aren’t having those problems.
