Absolutely incredible host and an outstanding Sprinter van. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.
My family and I (a party of six) flew in from Los Angeles for a family reunion in Houston, and this rental exceeded our expectations from start to finish. I made the reservation months in advance, and the host maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process.
When I ran into an issue trying to extend my trip by an additional day, the host was extremely responsive, informative, and accommodating, making the last-minute extension process as smooth as possible.
The vehicle was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and surprisingly fuel-efficient for its size. Everything worked perfectly, and it made transporting our family around Houston effortless.
I highly recommend both this host and vehicle. I would not hesitate to book again on a future trip.
