My experience renting this vehicle was one of the worst. The vehicle doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. The interior has deteriorated, leather was absolutely peeled off on every seat and still peeling creating debris that gets on your clothes. One arm rest is broken. The carpet is so worn out inside. It had some type of mechanical noise. We had to cancel and request our money back and it was granted. This vehicle shouldn’t be rented in this condition. I would give it no stars but app won’t let me submit review otherwise. Turo however was quick to refund my payment .

The van makes a weird screeching sound. The back up camera is upside down and while it rained the windshield wipers didn't work very good.
