It was a fun ride. But just need little repairs of the back side of the seats and rubber seal of the sliding door.

The van itself was nice. It was perfect for the size group we had. Pickup was a little confusing just because there were multiple entrances. Once we made it to the main entrance it was easy.
There was an issue with the motorized door for the passengers in the back. The door was extremely hard to manually open. It was such an inconvenience considering how often we were in and out of the van. The host stated that she didn’t know about the issue until the night before but didn’t at least try to give us a heads up. Our pickup time wasn’t until 3 pm so there was plenty time to provide some kind of heads up. She asked if we wanted to cancel the trip but we needed the van starting the day of pickup. The host seemed as though she didn’t really care to help us. I had to ask her for some kind of monetary accommodation because we paid for a fully operable van. She only offered us a 15 dollar refund. Overall, the customer service was just very sub par and I wouldn’t personally rent from them again.
