Colin was a fantastic host! I had an excellent experience renting from him from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. When he reviewed my license at pickup, he noticed it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday, which was a nice personal touch. He also offered to let me wait under the covered porch while I waited for my ride so I wouldn't have to stand in the rain.
Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Colin responded quickly, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I had everything I needed. The vehicle was exactly as described, and his attention to detail really stood out.
Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable rental experience. I highly recommend renting from Colin and would absolutely book with him again!
