My trip was great. I had 5 kids under 10 years old and went to SeaWorld, Legoland, and the beach. The van I rented from Turo was big enough for all 10 of us. Coming back from California, we had some problems with the tires; the Van we rented started shaking. We could only drive 40 miles an hour; we still thought we were going to be stranded. Came upon a small town named Wellton, AZ, and at a tire place, Ramiro Lopez said the tire was separating, and we were lucky it didn't blow out. Ed Whitehead's tire pro. They said we have a tire. All of us were cheering. $275.70 later, about 2.5 hours late getting back, we got on the road. Tyler was working with me on my return, and I got the Van back. Tyler said he would reimburse me for the tire. "After you check out, then you can submit the receipt for the tire that will be reimbursed." Thanks

This vehicle was perfect for our trip to Payson. Drives great, AC is very cold, even got a compliment from my neighbor that these are great vehicles…to which I agreed.

Owner was easier to contact. Was willing to make accommodations regarding seats that I didn’t ask about until I picked up the vehicle.
Vehicle was clean, operational, and was as advertised.
