Everything was nice, easy, convenient! We used it for our 5 day stay in Scottsdale for a bachelorette trip! It was nice having something big enough to all ride together!
Tyler was very quick to give me clear instructions on pickup and return!
I would definitely use him again!

less than desirable, there wasn’t any attempt to help us out when we were stuck in a situation with the van that made the trip unbearable

The booking process was smooth and easy. Great communication with the host and vehicle was great for our trip with no issues.

Everything was good until we got to our destination and the tire pressure warning came on, then on the drive home the van was overheating constantly for 5 hours in 110 degree weather and the ac didn’t work well at all. But the customer service had good communication and was very nice.

The van fit our needs perfectly. Communication was prompt. We were traveling for a youth basketball tournament. Pick up was easy, fast and convenient pick-up
