Great host, great communication. Vehicle was little rough,
It served the purpose but it needs brakes and some TLC .

Thank you for the feedback. Our mechanic checked the brakes. They are at 60%. Not sure why you would think it needs new brakes.

The van was a perfect fit for my family which included a walker and a wheelchair! I will be using (Sebastian’s) this van again on our next family trip to AZ!!

Host was excellent but the van was disappointing. Host did rectify one of the vehicles issues and mentioned he was going to reimburse me for the other. I would use host again based off of his customer service!
