Pickup and drop off were very easy. We had to adjust our drop off time due to flight changes and Nick was very accommodating. The van is as described and shown in the photos. No issues, ran great, air conditioner worked well, room in the back for luggage/bags, and loved the automatic step up rail. Overall, the van worked well for our work event and was comfortable for the passengers!
