We found the Van had 142,000 miles and needed to be refreshed. It was very difficult to get into and out of due to the distance from the van floor to the pavement. They should have provided a step or some type of stairs to bridge it. Although the van drove well, it presented poorly due to all the dents and torn interior seats. We have rated this experience very low.

Amazing ride! This van was great for an academic conference located in UC Santa Barbara. It gave us no problems at all. The team was extremely comfortable, the car is so spacious, and easy to drive, even for a short person. I will definitely book again next year for our next conference in California!
