Rented for my bachelorette trip. The van was very nice and clean. Comfortable and allowed us to all ride together! A little difficult to drive, i typically drive a 1 ton pickup and frequently pull cattle trailers but it was still slightly difficult for me to drive. Some of the “safety” features such as the lane assist and crosswind assist are actually slightly dangerous due to the van pulling the wheel and not correctly recognizing the lanes. 5 times during our trip the van almost pulled us off the road driving under the speed limit due to these features. I couldn’t find any way to turn them off. Also there was a very small window chip from a rock that occurred and spread about 4 inches due to heat. Which I would argue is normal wear and tear of the vehicle. I’m now responsible for paying for this window which will be $75 depending on host quote at window shop. Other than those small small things it was an amazing trip and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. It was my first time renting a vehicle and a little nerve wracking lol.
