This van had NO AIR CONDITIONING what so ever. I messaged the host about 5 minutes after pick up and the response was you need to turn the AC on… it was on, the other response well it’s Florida and it’s hot… other than the van having no working AC it had numerous mechanical issues, at a stop the vehicle would surge forward and you would feel the van pull to the right when at highway speeds. Vehicle was unsafe to be in alone, not to mention having family inside of it. Only positive to the van was the amount of space, but could have been a box truck and it wouldn’t have made up for its short comings in comfort, and mechanical issues. When host was messaged he did “solve” the situation by giving us a sprinter van. If you go to my review if that you will see the issues there. But long story short the van had an ant infestation, a very musty smell, and when going to fuel it up would not accept fuel from 3 different pumps at a fueling station. After I witnessed other vehicles pumping diesel just before I pulled up. Please do not rent from this host as his responses will make you do your own leg work while on a family vacation and tell you things are still “usable” so they can’t do anything for you… be advised this host is terrible and a scammer while people are on their vacations

Struggled with opening and closing the side door initially. Reached out for support, but no one responded to my messages. Thankfully eventually we were able to figure it out. Vehicle was good on gas

Wow! What a great experience! My family took a road trip and this Rambo was everything. We had so much fun. Lots of space, runs great and a great host!
