Van was great, plenty of room, good fuel economy and easy to drive. We would rent again next time we are down if we need to accommodate a large amount of people.

Glad you had a great experience!
We scheduled a pick up time of 4:30am and arrived to the instructed location. After arriving we reached out to the host through the Turo app and by phone call to get clarification on pick up. We were then told to go to a new pick up spot, after that spot we were told to go to yet another spot. We were accommodated by getting a slight upgrade to a newer vehicle free of charge as the driver did not give the host specific detail on location of vehicle. The vehicle itself was in great working condition, and our family enjoyed the smooth ride to our destination. Returning the vehicle was successful and easy to do.

Car was be broken after couple hours. Host offered a replacement vehicle but made me wait in the parking lot for several hours in 100-degree heat. The car was in terrible mechanical condition.

Kirill, serpentine belt for the AC broke because of AC overuse as per our certified Mercedes Benz mechanic. We offered you a replacement as a bail out at 2pm but you showed up way earlier and didn’t want to wait as van key was not a. This is an out-layer situation from the 5 stars service we provide as documented by all the other 5 stars with our other customers
Booked for 5pm. Van was not delivered till 7:45. Otherwise van worked great for us.
