Host is terrible at replying, this was the second vehicle that was unsatisfactory from the same host. First one had NO AIR CONDITIONING along with unlocking/locking issues of side and back doors. The messages initially prompted a response on the first day that said I needed to turn the AC on… two days into trip at taking first vehicle out at all times I messaged the host and the host set me up with this Sprinter. First day with sprinter was great, ice cold AC, comfortable and so on. Second morning, ants EVERYWHERE in sprinter van. Host had no response after I sent them the first video. The next day I send another video which prompted a response telling me that I can go get the vehicle professionally cleaned or get ant traps. Also stated that the vehicle is “usable” so he cannot issue a refund… there was never food or beverages in the vehicle so the ants I’m assuming were in the sprinter previously. Messaging back and forth with the host proved nothing other than he does not care. Only messages I received after were automatic ones about drop off. Which was also an issue, I go to get diesel fuel in the sprinter and 3 separate pumps would not pump fuel into the sprinter. Second vehicle from this host that has had issues mechanically this vehicle also beeped and warned us about numerous service needs it is overdue a minimum of 3400 miles from what it said on the dash. Please be aware that you should look for other hosts if needing high count passenger vans.

Nice ride for all the people we had passenger door didn’t work so couldn’t open easier door for passengers was pain to unlock key fob worked sometimes and brake lights out

Tv kind of works? DVDs are scratched and then you can’t get through to actually play them. Door locks are finicky sometimes.
The lights and speakers are cool. Drives amazing. Fits 9 people, 9 backpacks, and 5 suitcases. Would recommend if the tv was better suited.
