Less than 24 hours before our girls’ trip, Allen informed me that my original Sprinter needed brake work and wouldn’t be available. This was disappointing because I’d carefully selected it as a surprise for our group of six. I appreciated Allen’s communication and efforts to provide a replacement, although it was noticeably older and less luxurious. Pickup was frustrating due to incorrect location instructions, leaving us walking around a large lot in the Florida heat. There was also a billing issue with Turo regarding the airport pickup location. If you need a replacement vehicle, make sure the host carries over your original pickup location to avoid unexpected charges or confusion. On the positive side, the van was clean, spacious enough for six women, luggage, and groceries, and drove well. There were minor cosmetic issues, and the remote only worked up close. I’d consider renting from Allen again, but recommend staying ahead of maintenance and ensuring accurate pickup instructions. Overall, I appreciated his responsiveness, but better preparation would’ve made for a smoother experience.

This car was AMAZING. We had 3 families, total of 9 people. The size couldn’t have been more perfect. The horn was so ridiculous, we loved using it and people loved when we honked at them with it. It was just a great, fun ride for our trip. I couldn’t recommend it enough. There wasn’t a single issue. We were actually sad to give it back. If you’re considering the silver fox, just do it! From 2 families with high standards.
