Easy pick up and drop off. The exterior rear view camera would occasionally go out but I found that opening and closing the rear doors helped reset! It was perfect for our needs!

I gave this van three stars only because it got me where I needed to go and back.
The tire pressure light was on when I picked it up. The ABS lights came on randomly. The door open lights came on randomly. When we parked the van at night and locked it the alarm went off about 30 minutes later.(3time) Woke up everybody in the hotel.
We were told that if we left the keys in the van, it might lock itself.
Do not pre-pay for a full tank of gas. I did that and he said it was only for a half a tank refused to fill it up for me.
