Hi Jordan, I understand your concern, especially in this extreme heat. I thoroughly checked the AC, including the rear system, and it is working properly. With the unusually hot weather and a large van carrying multiple passengers, the rear can take longer to cool. I apologize for the discomfort.

Communication was excellent. The van drove well. The A/C had a hard time keeping cool in 100° weather. A few dents on the exterior that we documented. Easy pick up and drop off. Would rent again.
