The only issue was 3 weeks out from the trip we had an issue and needed to cancel the trip. We tried to get the refund but were unable to.

Great rental experience. The Ford Transit van was clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed. It was functional, comfortable, and had plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the host was great to work with. Would definitely rent again.
