Very easy pick up and drop off! The team is very responsive to any questions or concerns! Vehicle itself ran great! The van has little stains and stuff you would expect especially from big family vans. Air conditioner worked great for such a big van!! Only one charging port for the back but we made it work! We would definitely recommend using!!!!

It was a very good Trip. We had no problem picking up or returning the van. We did have to air up a tire, so please check that, but other than that. I would highly recommend this company. Made for a good trip where we didn't have to take multiple cars. Will use again.
