Pretty considerable crack in the windshield when we picked up the van. Could have been hazardous on our trip. Luckily it wasn’t.

Car shakes super bad. Inside stinks. Windshield wipers didn't work during rainy road trip. Also the check in process was crazy. I had to get keys out of another van to get it into the van I rented. Besides that everything was great lol
You smoked weed in the van which is why the car smelled. We didn’t give you the keys normally because you can’t follow directions and you didn’t upload your license. Then you left us on E and disputed it even though we had pre-trip pictures. You’re the only person who has ever left a 1-star out of 1000+ rentals.. says more about you than my company. You’re banned here.

The vehicle was perfect for a family road trip to Florida.
Spacious with lots of room for us and our bags. Easy to drive and park. The communication was excellent. Will definitely use again and recommend.
