The car was not as clean as we expected since there were hairs on the seats and dust on the floors. All high touch areas were very dirty and I had to scrub them with wipes. I had to wipe dust and vacuum the car before the trip. The front passenger window was getting stuck.
I was happy about communication with the host since it was accurate and timely. On the website it said that it included only 600 miles but in another place it said 800 miles.
The car had a good clean smell so that was nice.
We liked that air conditioner was working really well. There was plenty of room in the trunk for our baggage.
So overall we had a good experience.

The van was exactly what we needed it to be. Spacious for our family and friends, with enough cargo space for two family’s suitcases, bags, and even our cooler! Highly recommend renting this, and we will be renting from them again!
