Right head light is not working.
Hello! The headlights were fully functioning upon inspection. Possibly had the wrong setting on the car. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Unfortunately non of these issues are accurate or true. We apologize for the inconvenience that DFW Airport caused you. We have no control over their shuttle services.
All headlights came back from the trip fully functioning with the interior being in great condition!
According to GPS, Turo and our internal system the pickup location was accurate! All instructions for pickup and drop off were sent via Turo messages. However it appears you ignored them.

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
