There is a Seven Eleven gas station located across the street. Please do not leave your vehicle parked in shopping area overnight. Towing is enforced. Too many steps to rent

We are confused by this review. There are only three steps in our process once you have followed the guest check in instructions from Turo. All 1,300 past guests have utilized this same information including our elderly, hearing impaired, and handicapped guests. Not sure what is being referred to.
