Thank you for the review. The trip included unreported body damage, a missing mirror, a missing lockbox, and an unauthorized airport garage return. Due to these issues, we will not rent to this guest again.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! The Ford Transit was exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, well-maintained, and ran perfectly throughout our trip. It had plenty of room for passengers and luggage, making it the ideal vehicle for traveling comfortably.
The host was excellent with communication, responded quickly to any questions, and made both pickup and drop-off simple and hassle-free. Everything was organized and professional, which made the entire rental experience stress-free.
I would absolutely rent this Ford Transit again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for reliable, comfortable transportation. Five stars all around
