Car drove okay, it had a little play in the wheel. AC in the back of the van was slow I cool. The CarPlay feature is a little bit of a "yes technically it has CarPlay" but it is missing features. Namely, the ability to play any audio through CarPlay. The audio is not connected to the car speakers, so you have to use a *separate* aux cable, which modern phones require a separate usb-c adapter to use. So we had to buy an adapter to use.
Overall it was fine for driving to and fro, but nothing made the drive all that enjoyable . But subpar AC, CarPlay without audio connection, and a note able play in the wheel knock 1 point off. It's a car. It will drive and do what you need to.

Thanks for your review. Just to clarify, we don’t advertise anywhere in the listing or opening message for CarPlay. That is just a free ad on. No extras were needed to make it work and it’s used regularly including when the vehicle was delivered. We had our mechanic look over the steering that you mentioned was (loose) no issues were found. You need to drive the limit/safe with these big vans. Next time if you have any issues make sure to contact us on day one. We have an excellent response team
We had a little bit of trouble finding the oversized lot. If we would have asked someone instead of just looking, we would have found it easily. The van was great. Turo was great and the Turo even worked with us to drop the van at the Norwegian Port at a parking lot. I will be recommending Turo to everyone I know in the Jonesboro, AR and Memphis, Tennessee area. This company should achieve great success in the future.
