Patrick was an absolute gem to deal with! He was super accommodating, the communication was top-notch, and he saved the day when our flight was re-routed. This was my first experience using Turo and I was a bit nervous, but Patrick eased all my concerns and I'm definitely a believer! It'll be all we use for rental cars, in the future.
