The owner asked me to pick up his friend and drive him to the airport to facilitate drop-off, only a few hours before scheduled drop-off time. His reasoning was because neither he nor his father could be there to pick up the vehicle. There is no excuse for asking me to pick up a stranger. When I suggested having the friend uber to the airport the owner, Robert, became combative and tried asking me three separate times to do the same thing. Each time I told him it was unacceptable. All around an unprofessional experience to say the least. I would have provided one more star if not for this issue. The van has about 220,000 miles on it and it shows. The sliding door is somewhat difficult to operate, and I have driven at least 20 Ford Transits in the past. Overall, it’s mechanically sound and suited our needs, but the ridiculous idea to pick someone up who is not connected to the Turo app is why I gave three stars. Unnecessary stress caused.

Everything was great. Easy pick up and drop off, responsive host. Van ran well, the bright blue color made it easy for everyone to identify. Only negative: Tinted driver windows hard to see out of at night.

Great car for a family trip. We had 5 adults, 3 children in car seats and plenty of room to spare. Van was clean, comfortable and easy to drive. Will book again.
