Van was great but the customer service by the renter was subpar at best. Very low mileage limit on the car and I asked if could get it extended he told me I had to ask Turo. Turo customer support told me to talk to the renter and he said there was nothing he could do and now the fee was over $500 extra dollars. Will only use this renter again if I’m in a pinch again.

Sprinter quality was pretty other than someone wrecked the sprinter before me by the back tire other than that it was a great rental
