Disappointed that the pick up when you rent is indicated as being at the airport, not that you have to catch a shuttle after a long walk with all of your people and all of your luggage and then go to the rental place. Same in reverse. It is an advertised correctly.
Also, the pick up area needs to be more specific that you are to go to the Shuttle area not just C3 because there’s nowhere that indicates where C3 is in the airport

This link explained in great detail exactly how to get to the shuttle pick up location at ground transportation called C3. It's the only C3 available so had you you watched those videos from your text message you'd have known how to get to the shuttle. Thanks for riding and you're welcome back anytime.
