This is my first time using Turo and Jeff walked me through a lot of the process on where to pick up the van and drop off. Van was clean and was well suited for our trips need for a quick road trick.

Jeff was a literal life saver. The original van we rented from someone else was “stolen” and we weren’t aware until 30 minutes after we had arrived to pick it up. We rebooked at the last minute with Jeff and he was very accommodating and helpful, saving the trip completely. The van is spacious, cozy, reliable, and an all around great experience. Would rebook with Jeff a million times.

Van is older with a few cosmetic issues but worked great for the trip. Was also thankful the host answered the phone when we could not find the van at 12am.
Thanks Christine. The parking lot is in need of some love especially in the area of numbering parking spots. Yours was numbered , but very lightly so hard to see it. Unfortunately you followed the pin instead of the row and spot number provided and you would have arrived at the van sooner. I'm always looking to learn how to improve guest experience though so will pay more attention to the pin 📌 placement to ensure the guest has multiple ways to get to the car quicker and on with their trip. Thx

Disappointed that the pick up when you rent is indicated as being at the airport, not that you have to catch a shuttle after a long walk with all of your people and all of your luggage and then go to the rental place. Same in reverse. It is an advertised correctly.
Also, the pick up area needs to be more specific that you are to go to the Shuttle area not just C3 because there’s nowhere that indicates where C3 is in the airport

This link explained in great detail exactly how to get to the shuttle pick up location at ground transportation called C3.
