The car was extremely clean. Pick up was super convenient. The kids absolutely loved being able to ride together and having all that space. I will definitely use again should I need a big vehicle.

Car was good. But AC needs service. Struggled in traffic or when the car was working harder, especially in the back. Host was great. Everything else was as expected.

Overall everything was fine.

The van is fairly beat up. Many dents around the van and the interior is rough. One side running board is being held in with zip ties. The windshield has a big crack on the front passenger side and a chip on the drivers side, and there are blue tape remnants on the windshield from what may have been a prior replacement. Front USB doesn’t work, so couldn’t charge the phone. There is a grinding noise when the brakes are applied. The van does run well and was just fine for the trip, but the interior and exterior are worn. The gas was not full at pick up, but was close, it would have been impossible to return at the same level, so had to return it full.
