If you're hesitant because this is a newer listing, don't be. This was one of the best Turo experiences we've had.
The Transit van was spotless, exactly as pictured, and incredibly comfortable to drive and ride in. It handled beautifully on our trip, and there was plenty of storage space behind the seats for all of our luggage and gear.
What really stood out was the host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every message was answered quickly, and when we had a minor issue during the trip, he handled it immediately and professionally. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience.
The only thing that caught us off guard was that the gas fill location is by the driver's side door, so we had to look it up. That's not a complaint at all—just a helpful tip for future renters.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The van was fantastic, the host was phenomenal, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend this rental to anyone considering it.
