Car quality was decent. The driver’s side window can be a little sketchy, as it didn’t roll up immediately. The car wasn’t clean but it met our needs, as we really just needed it for cargo. Also, we couldn’t close the little opening on top, which meant rain was able to get inside the vehicle. Other than that, it was a comfortable, reliable vehicle.

Sorry you had to deal with some of these issues during your trip. The roof vent has since been replaced. We also wash and vacuum the van before every trip, but we’ll make sure to pay closer attention to the cleanliness going forward.
