Late response, booked the trip a month in advance and the day before we were set to leave we had to change plans.
We regret that you did not have a pleasurable experience. And will strive to do better. However your review did not mention that you were almost 3hrs late yet we still honored your reservation when TOS says we were no longer obligated to do so. In addition, you returned the vehicle minus 1 hubcap which as a courtesy, we did not charge you for. And lastly you did not return the vehicle fully fueled as you received it. This is reliatiation for the additional miles you accrued. During your trip
