The host's communication was great before and during the trip. The van had some minor issues, but did it's job well enough and the family had a great time. The only somewhat major issue was that the Bluetooth connection to the phone kept going in and out, which could have caused issues when trying to use the GPS feature. Thankfully it kept reconnecting right when I needed it, so it worked out.
