Was a mess inside and broken windshield. Tried to message host no response. Very disappointed

Just picked up the van during the hurricane Isaiah and he had a couple of hair cracks on the windshield , we did respond right away we communicated location of the car condition of the car, the van was clean , but the guest was disappointed, whether Windshield being cracked
We had no issues. Vehicle did have some wear and tear and the A/C is a little slow going.. Isn’t anything fancy but gets you from point A to B and was fine for our purposes! Renter was on top of instructions. Rental price was fair. Pickup location being at the airport was very convenient. This was our first experience with turo and I would do it again
