First time renting on Turo and I'm glad it was such an awesome experience! Our host was easy to communicate with; he tried to be as helpful as he can with everything from drop off/pickup to getting bluetooth to work. We rented this Ford Transit cuz we needed to fit 10 people on a trip to Las Vegas - 7 adults and 3 kids (two with car seats). Not only did it fit all of us comfortably, but we had so much room in the trunk for luggage too! The car was in great condition, it actually came with tinted windows, unlike the picture shown. Great for privacy and when the majority of our party wanted to fall asleep on the long car ride home! Lol. The inside was clean and very comfy.
This might be helpful for people debating on renting from Turo or a regular rental car location - renting a car like this (Ford Transit) was about $500 cheaper than when I searched on car rental spots (even Costco), but a lot of personal car insurance companies won't cover ride sharing services like Turo, so you have to factor in buying their insurance. For me, the price with the additional insurance was still way cheaper than renting it from car rental spots, so we went with Turo. Hope this helps!
