This guest is retaliating because we were not keen on him taking our van out of state, on a 1800 mile trip, over 4 days, to Raleigh, North Carolina.
Seats were'ntt wet. They are vynil seats, not cloth. So cleaning them just means wiping them down with a cleaning solution. There may have been evidence of water on the lined flooring as we do wash the flooring and clean the seats between trips. It was raining during handover. Fact is, our vehicles are kept in great condition and very clean

Worst Turo experience ever. Booked trip for RSW airport in fort Myers. They didn’t show up with the car. When contacted they informed me they were in Miami and had to drive 2 hours to fort Myers. This was not explained in booking. They messaged me in app while I was on plane so couldn’t respond until landing. I asked host to go ahead and initiate cancel/refund. He said he would reach out to Turo to do so. I’m guessing he didn’t do in timely manor so they didn’t want to issue full refund. When I called Turo they said they could do the full refund if the host would just confirm in the app that the trip never started/ they didn’t show up with car. Have asked multiple times in the app for him to respond with confirmation so we can proceed with refund and he won’t message back. I can see he read message and didn’t reply. Very disappointing. I’ll have to dispute with Amex for refund. Seems pretty simple, you don’t show up with the car for my trip, I ask you to cancel the trip rather than wait in the airport for you to drive 2 hours to me, you say yes you will initiate cancel trip. Then nothing. No refund. Bad look. Zero stars for sure.
This guest's communication was horrible. He was unreasonable, rediculous and unprofessional. He booked his trip a day before the start date and then did not respond to any messages from that point on. We only heard back from him when he was at the airport. He responded to no messages nor queries and we saw that he read them. He then tried to cancel the trip an hour into our 2 hr delivery and is upset that he did not receive a full refund.
