Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this Sprinter van rental. The van was delivered curbside an hour late, and communication with the owner was extremely difficult. I had to call repeatedly before he finally answered. He continued telling us he was “five minutes away” for nearly 40 minutes, even though he was nowhere near our location. We were not informed that he was running behind until after I repeatedly contacted him.
When the van arrived, it had visible exterior damage that appeared to be from a recent accident. The check-engine light was on, and the inside had a strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like vomit or fish. We also found empty beer cans underneath one of the seats.
The late delivery, poor communication, cleanliness issues, warning light, and existing damage made the entire experience stressful and unacceptable. Considering the condition of the van and the significant delay, I believe we should receive at least a partial refund. I would not recommend renting this vehicle, especially if you need clean, safe, and dependable transportation for a scheduled event or trip.

The Sprinter worked great for our group and comfortably handled 15 guys throughout our trip. There was some cosmetic damage on both the driver-and passenger-side rear quarter panels, but everything was already documented at pickup and was never an issue. Apple CarPlay was a nice bonus and made navigation and music easy. The owner was responsive whenever we had a question, and both pickup and drop-off at the airport were simple and convenient. Overall, the van served its purpose perfectly and made getting a large group around Miami much easier. Would definitely rent again.

This Sprinter Van is new and very clean and nice on the inside. It was perfect for our large group of 13 and easy to drive and parking wasn't too bad. The Owner is a great communicator and very helpful. Highly recommend!!!
