Was bad at giving directions. Directions on app, didn’t match where the car actually was. Had to call Turo customer service to find car. Had an attitude when I kept calling to figure out where the car was.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The communication was outstanding, the host was responsive and very accommodating, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The van was a luxury vehicle in perfect condition—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium Turo experience. 5 stars!

I really liked the service and Adrian was very kind and attentive. However, I don’t agree with the policy that when you rent a van for a pick-up between 7 and 8 a.m., they park the vehicle the night before, around 11 or 12 p.m. This causes the customer to be charged over $40 for those extra hours, which I believe is unfair.
If the pick-up is scheduled for 7–8 a.m., the vehicle should be dropped off no more than two hours in advance.
