Vehicle was 15 min late. Installing the car seat we rented was literally one of the worst hours of our vacation. We contacted them about it and were told they couldn’t fix it or do anything about it. We ended up having to pay a parking garage fee after picking up the van, and they tried to charge us a convenience fee for filling the tank when we left it the same fullness as we received it. A piece of the ceiling also fell and hit one of us in the head while driving. Overall not the best experience.

We communicated the traffic delay in advance; the 15-minute delay fell within Turo’s 30-minute host no-show courtesy window. Turo makes guests responsible for car seat installation; our team does not install seats for liability reasons. The pickup parking fee was disclosed in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Rude and disrespectful company. Left van in the puddle, van was dirty inside. The moment I started talking to them about vehicles condition they were unprofessional, the sent some associate who addressed me “what’s your problem man”, and than tried to blame me for being rude. Also first thing they offer me was to cancel my ride and here’s my favorite part - they texted me multiple times to leave them positive review. Beyond my comprehension.
