Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating rental experience. The van was originally listed as a 15-passenger vehicle, which is what we booked, but the listing was changed to 10 passengers after our reservation. At pickup, the van only had 10 seats, and the host was about 45 minutes late. He offered to bring the missing seats for $100, but we would have had to wait about 2 hours.
Several days after returning the van, we were also accused of causing damage that we did not cause. Overall, the host was kind, but the rental experience was stressful and did not match what we originally booked.

I would have rated the rental 4.5 stars if I could. There was some confusion regarding the directions for picking up the vehicle but overall the vehicle worked out very well and Marsaint responded promptly.
