This was my first time using the app. And it was the most wonderful experience.! however, hands-down, the best customer service must go to Raquel! There were certain issues with my scheduling to pick up the van, and she was more than available, communicative and flexible.
As for the pick up and drop off procedures, it was so easy! The van was absolutely perfect.

This van made our road trip extra fabulous! The host made the process so easy. The van was exactly as pictured. Super clean drove great and so much room for all our things we brought with us. We’re definitely going to book again for our next trip in February..
