We had a great experience renting this van from Kevin. Pick-up and drop-off were easy, and communication with Kevin was excellent throughout the rental. The van was in good condition for being 12 years old, with only minor interior/exterior wear and tear. It was clean, comfortable, drove nicely, and was good on fuel. The only minor issue was that the backup camera wasn’t seated properly in its housing, so it didn’t function as it should. Overall, it was a reliable, comfortable van, and Kevin was a great host. Would rent from him again!
