This van is so comfortable and spacious, it was perfect for our family road trip. Pick up location was safe. Even though we had an inconvenient with a mechanical issue, Todd responded effectively and in a timely manner. He was very well prepared for any kind of hazard that you might have on a trip. I hope we can keep more trips on this vehicle! Our family loved it.

We rented this 2019 Mercedes Sprinter for our family trip to Yosemite, and it was absolutely perfect. The van was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had plenty of room for our group and all of our luggage, making the long drive and sightseeing days incredibly enjoyable.
The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. The Sprinter drove great through the mountain roads, was reliable the entire trip, and made traveling together so much easier.
I would highly recommend both this vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and dependable rental. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again for our next adventure. Thank you for helping make our Yosemite trip such a memorable experience!

This is our 2nd time renting this van- my dad rented it previously and made the recommendation. I have five children who all have to bring a friend on vacation and a ton of luggage so this was the most comfortable perfect convenient option. There is no way I was gonna drive around in a Ford van 🤣 even though it would have been cheaper the quality and technology of the sprinter van is just talk top tier.
The host was fantastic and messaged us immediately to let us know he had found my husband's AI sunglasses and he would hold them for pick up.
