Van was way too tall for elderly mom to get into Van. It wasn’t easy for me either. Ended up parking it in my drive ( no refunds) and had to take two other cars. Beware if you’re not athletic enough to jump up a semi. You will hate it
Hello Patricia, sorry to hear about your experience, this car is a 2025 recently bought brand new from the dealership and it has not been modified in any way. When you picked it up, you had no issue getting in or out, but I believe you’re talking about your 89 year-old grandmother that had issues getting in.
It seems like you called Turo about a refund but they said you got a nonrefundable trip. So I really apologize for that. I’ll get in touch to see if there’s anything we can do. Thanks!
