I am giving a 5 rating because of the attention and ease of getting and using the van. A 4 rating for overall quality of the vehicle.
That being said, the van definitely met my family’s needs and was a very reliable transportation vehicle for us.
It has some wear and tear but did not hinder our use of the vehicle.

Everything was perfect. Great communication. Easy to work with. Directions were simple to follow. Plenty of room for my family. Made our family reunion trip one to remember. Would definitely rent again.
